This is the most Ghetto DD I’ve been to. I waited in line for 50 mins just to listen and watch these young girls talk about how they hate the job and don’t care how slow it’s going. Some girl with long faux locks was rude in the speaker and tried to rush me only to get my order wrong. They gave the person in front of me the wrong order and said they didn’t care. They also shut down the lobby. They young girls should not be employed here!

They need to get it together! They're really slow and very confused. I ordered avocado toast with bacon and roasted tomatoes, and they got my order wrong twice and wasted 30 minutes of my time!

So I pull up to the drive Thur . I'm greeted with yeah can I help you?? WTH I get to the window realize I needed to add extra item to my surpise the I'm told you cant make additions at the window . So I cancelled my entire order.

So let me get this straight Curtis . its my fault DD has poor customer service? You never got to a window at a drive thur and realized you wanted something extra?

this by far the WORST Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. My latte had cream instead of milk and was cold. The drive through took an additional 10 minutes waiting in the parking lot, and then I get presented with a cold drink that's supposed to be hot.
