this by far the WORST Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. My latte had cream instead of milk and was cold. The drive through took an additional 10 minutes waiting in the parking lot, and then I get presented with a cold drink that's supposed to be hot.

I only order ice tea from this one. I go a little further to the one by the library still on 214 extended. Better customer service And never have I been disappointed with what I ordered.
