My daughter who lives in Four Corners area of Silver Spring has two fawns in her yard (which is mostly fenced in). No sign of MaMa. She could be in the bushes. Suggestions?

We at Shining Stars Academy have discovered at least half a dozen birds lying dead within our window-walled courtyard. We saw one fly into a window and fall to the ground. Have you any advice and/or explanation for this phenomenon? Thanks...

Hello! It is possible that birds are dying due to collisions into your windows. If you aren't doing so already, consider the following: * Place decals or blinds so that birds can see that there is a surface here * Move plants away from windows * Turn lights off at night
