cleaner than most, but desperately understaffed like every other location in this area. after calling around and being redirected to this specific location as the most likely to have the stock I was looking for during the labor day sale for a curbside pickup, I was explicitly told "we are too busy to help you" over the phone. that's fine, but an absolutely garbage way for the corporation to handle larger sales. if they do not want to give the same time to people who are physically disabled and unable to walk around the store for several hours and instead *need* to use curbside service, they need to make that clear in as many ways as possible so as not to give off the wrong impression that anything they do for accessibility has anything to do with the people in their community who need it and everything to do with making themselves look better. unplug the phones before telling disabled people they are not worth your time. it is so so wrong.

I found really good marked down items, but checking out was exceptionally slow as there was only one clerk until, finally, a 2nd one showed up. She was also answering the phone while checking me out, and when I returned home I discovered she had charged me for 4 pillows when I only bought one. I was too tired to return, so I just wrote it off😏
