I was attempted to be serviced by a Jennifer who was not only rude but confrontational and she should be fired! My mother has been at this branch for over 20 years and the customer service here was horrendous. Thanks to liz maglio who was very nice it was not for her I would have called corporate to get this poor excuse for an employee removed from working with anyone else. If you are looking for a credit union do not come here . Run. Or if you do go to another location. Hopefully corporate sees this and reprimands this employee. I'm sure this is not the only complaint against this person.
