I thought that Scott was an understandable and accessible person, on Saturday I could not come to drop off the rent payment and Monday was a holiday, I did not know that I could leave the check in the mailbox, so today morning I dropped it off I explained to him that I didn't know that I could have left the check in the black box but he was incomprehensible and told me that he couldn't do anything, even so I thought it would be reasonable to make the charge just for today and he told me in a cold and indifferent way that they are going to apply 10% on the value of the entire rent as if I were late for the whole month. This seems like an abuse to me and I wanted to express how upset I feel with this new administration.

I rate 2 because the place was nice the cleaning could be better or new carpet the thing that was the worse was the fire drills I recommend having a card to get in the building or a key but overall it was all right 👌🏽 👍🏽

The worst experience ever!! I called inquiring about the property and Jessica was not only rude but extremely unprofessional. I guess I was bothersome. Sorry to inconvience you Jessica .
