I use their website to upload my documents I fill out my name, how many copies I need, and the time I will be there. When I get their my papers aren’t printed out and she doesn’t print out all my papers. I uploaded 5 documents and she only gave me 3. She doesn’t even give you a folder or a envelope to put your documents in. This place used to run smoothly when the guy was working here, I try and support small businesses but this isn’t right I will just go to Fed Ex for now on.

Work was straight, but Unprofessional no communication at all, didn't have product when said. Then said No REFUNDS but did not state that prior to taking payments. Showed no compassion and customers aren't priority at less in my case. I paid for a service and expected it in a timely fashion. The lady just didn't care at all.No RESPECT for others time

Prices and quality is good. Good place for simple copy jobs. They know what they are doing and get the job done. I did have a more detailed job I was hoping to have options to choose from. I am a person that cares about the types of materials that used for my projects. I use to work for a printing company and am an avid crafter, I am a little more particular then most.
