Yes they do! Keep in mind they are used so the price is cheaper, but you just have to not mind used products. They take in really good condition controllers though. They barely look used.

Hello! Customers and employees are required to wear masks. We have 6ft markers displayed in the store, countertops, door handles, and credit card machine are wiped down through out the day. Hope this helps.
I would bet they have some. They keep quite a few spare parts. I've bought many controllers there and they will swap out pads for me to make them even cleaner.
