The way supply chains and chip shortages are these days means a product like this sells out pretty quickly. The best bet is to go in store as even a call directly can result in incorrect information. By the time they tell you it is in stock and you arrive it could be gone. We are not allowed to hold product like this that is considered a hot commodity these days.

Probably phone issues since the hurricane, maybe they can't get reception when incoming calls. Or there's a jerk on the other end who doesn't want to be bothered cause they're slammed at work. If thats the case, it would be easier to take the phone off the hook. Id give them the benefit of the doubt first. Go in and try calling from your cell phone when you're there and see what happens.
