I recently moved into applied, toured, and moved into the complex within the last month. SYDNEY took care of all my move-in items prior to me getting to the office to get my keys. The complex is very clean, quiet, and free of bugs and mice. I toured a ton of places and I found out that pest control is an issue throughout the DMV area. NOT THIS PLACE! The staff is really responsive to all your needs and they take pride in keeping the property up to a high standards. It is mostly a commuter community, so it is very quiet during the day and early evenings. If that is not enough you can literally walk to the mall, Starbucks, restaurants, and other amenities.

Very nice quiet and respectful neighborhood. Dog friendly and they have fun with the people in our community far as food trucks and swimming pools and etc.

We are happy to chose this place to live and move in. The community is secured, clean and well organized. The location is very nice where I and my family can easy go to anywhere, like spring mall, stores, shops, restaurant and highways in some minutes. Move in procedures were very easy and fast. Many Thanks to Sydney Johnson who made everything is easy and fast since I came to property office for the first time for a tour. Sydney gave me all important information that let me take a decision to move in with much convenient. She followed up leasing procedures step by step whether online or in office. We face some maintenance issues, but maintenance team is very responsive and fast. I highly recommend the Springfield station community as a residential place. The rent price is a bit high, since we moved in during summer.

I moved in a few weeks ago and my time at this apartment has been great (aside from trying to get the smell of natural gas out of my apartment - almost gone though!) The move in process was a breeze thanks to Sydney Johnson and the rest of the staff here! I've seen a few other reviews that claim their experience with the staff and leasing office were poor but I couldn't disagree more... Everyone was helpful and nice and since move-in the communication has also been great and professional. I don't have too much experience at this property but so far its wonderful, the apartment is fantastic, and all of the staff, especially Sydney are professional and terrific.
