Awful, the place was disgusting. When we arrived not only was our room dirty but we immediately had to strip the beds and request new bedding. We had to take the bedding up to get new bedding and then put it on ourselves. The floor looked like it hadn't been swept in a decade, the back of curtains had something smeared on them, and the room had a sickening smell. Luckily I had travel wipes and lysol on me so I went through and cleaned the room the best I could. Luckily we were only there 2 nights and spent all of our time at my friends apartment so we only slept and showered there. The shower was ok but the water temp was either freezing or burning hot, I prefer hot showers but even for me it was too hot. This place needs a serious overhaul and needs to hire new maids. You should be ashamed of the prices you charge for the poor cleanliness of your establishment especially with COVID. Will never stay here again, if this pleace doesn't address its cleanliness then it needs to be shut down.

So starting out Ms. Keisha was AMAZING!! She made me feel so welcomed! Amazing customer service! On first impression, the room looked clean. I traveled with my family and my kids don't really like shoes, so they, of course, got comfortable and took their shoes off. The bottom of their feet were BLACK! So I made them wash their feet and wear shoes for the remainder of the trip. When we got in the shower the bottom of the curtain was covered with mold. That night when I cooked dinner, we had an uninvited guess come to eat with us (roach) and then 2 more for the duration of our trip. We brought our own sheets because the ones on the bed were dirty. On Saturday we left for the beach and when we came back our door was open. We weren't missing anything so that was good. The beds were a little uncomfortable.

Nice place to go just to get away.It's extended stay so alot of the people actually live there.Beautiful pond to picnic if u want and a grill for cookouts and gatherings... although there hasn't been any propane in the tank.Also I couldn't enjoy the pool. It was disgustingly dirty and they were waiting for it to be cleaned to actually open it.Other than that it is accommodating.

Room was dirty. Bathroom had hain in sink, dirty washrag on shower curtain rod, and toilet seat and under seat was not cleaned. Still had pee where someone mossed the bowl. Bed is not that comfortable, but most hotels aren't. Sheets were clean. Staff is really nice.
