Ii is not designated bike path but, not really crowded area so, should be OK place. However, I think it is not perfect for beginners, not wide enough.

There is no official public parking however you can park on Fulmer Dr. There is a path there that will take you down to the stream. Fishing is available in both the small pond above the stream and before it crosses Walney Rd.
