I don’t ever do reviews, but I’ve lived here over a year and thought I’d chime in. This place is a diamond in the rough. Every other place around is a few hundred dollars more expensive for the same thing. You get to live in downtown DC in a nice place with a fantastic staff for a very fair price for DC. Speaking of the staff, the maintenance staff fixes things the next day. If they don’t have the parts, they buy them immediately and fix it immediately. Nothing has ever been broken in my place for more than 24 hours. The property manager, Robert, is fantastic to work with. I imagine this area is not an easy place to have his job in, but he makes it look easy and is always super helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to live in downtown DC, you can’t beat it.

Windsor House is a fantastic place to live. While the lobby and halls are slightly dated the units are beautiful. The rooftop pool is a big plus as well. The management staff is great as well. Arguably the best management staff I’ve ever worked with. They’re kind, prompt, thoughtful and really work to ensure Windsor House is an easy place to live. Highly recommend!

Great apartment -- Robert and the whole staff are so nice, helpful and have been incredibly quick at responding to any requests or maintenance that has come up (and there hasn't really been much of anything). Love the pool. Apartment building is really well maintained. I live in a studio with a renovated kitchen + washer/dryer; and it's great, no complaints at all honestly.
