Turned away for an x-ray at 3:40. Office hours are listed as 7-5 with no x-rays 12-2. I was told that c-rays stop at 4 and that there enough patients ahead of me to take until 4. The bottom line is that x-rays are only offered if and when it suits them to do them. Appointments for x-rays are not available.

At first I was a little apprehensive to visit after a doctor's referral for an ultrasound after reading all the negative reviews. The building is very huge and has so many different floors and departments that I can see not all of them having the same standards, yet my experience went really well! I was sent to the 9th floor and the service was very quick and comforting. I had no problem checking in and the staff was extremely friendly. The doctor explained everything to me and answered my questions/concerns.

I got a call from this group saying my insurance hadn't gone through, and I didn't want to pay out of pocket, so I rescheduled. When a woman called to tell me they had to bump my time due to the radiologist not being there, my insurance still hadn't gone through, and they said they'd get back to me, but they never did. They also never confirmed my appointment either. Very unprofessional.

I called ahead of time to see if they were able to see me. They assured me that they could see me until 3:30pm. Although it was challenging to get away from work, I managed to arrive at 2:30 and was turned away because “Fridays are busy.” The woman who I spoke to was always friendly and tried to help but I was not able to get treatment.
