Caveat emptor! Customer service is atrocious in the extreme, belying the several positive reviews below, which brought me to Lindsey Blinds in the first place. I just now drove ten miles to investigate blinds and shades for our new home in Naples. I arrived at 1:00 p.m. to find the glass front door locked. A woman standing behind the counter looked up at me indifferently, then looked away. After waiting a short while, I lightly knocked. The woman looked up at me again, this time with a scowl. Then she walked slowly around the counter and unlocked the front door. “Yes?,” she said with visible annoyance. “Are you open now?,” I asked. “Your sign says you are open.” “By appointment only,” she replied rather sharply, and shut the door. More to the point, slammed the door in my face. I would, thus, like to express my deep appreciation to that most annoyed woman for saving me the inconvenience of having to learn the hard way of Lindsey Blinds’ atrocious customer service. Lindsay Blinds does a great job of helping customers choose the best blinds for their home spaces. They were excellent as to staying in touch about shipping and installation. I would highly recommend them.
