This store is alredy having 1.9 rate. But could be worse. Every time when I came in here to make a business gentleman by name ADEM is approaching me and bother me because my dog. His explanations are :”To many people with dog now in store”. “your dog need to wait outside”, “I am alergic at dogs” 😂 Look I found first his comments funny, because I tried to explain him my dog is emotional support animal and that’s all he saying is actually non of mine problems🤷♂️ I am pretty sure they are pet friendly store because I been a lot of times there and he is only person bother me about my dog. I am also sure someone need to explain him what is ESA and what he is doing is against law. I left a store 12.10am today without buying anything because he was unfriendly to me and I got offended every time to go there to be stop by him and questioned about my dog.

Worst service all the time noone comes to the window and 6 hours wait to fill up a simple already ready liquid medicine like we are absolutely obligated to use them. There is so many other pharmacies anywhere

CVS: FAUX SELF-CHECKOUT CVS, your self-checkout process entails a representative having to walk up to me, stand by the register I'm using, then your representative uses a white card to clear every single item I scan for purchase. For example, I scan the item, the representative clears the item for purchase, and we repeat this 7 more times, back and fourth. I bought eight items. Your representative was 0.5 feet away from me for the entire transaction. I have to conclude, this is not self checkout. If this is a formal business practice, please call these stations something else. It is completely mind boggling!

This CVS is by far the worst!!! They never answer the phones, when I need to pick up my prescription.. even when its called in ahead its never ready! The issues are always on their end. I had my insurance to call and the wait time is still 60 mins or more. They just dont care about their clients. I was in the store when the phone just rang of the hook and not one of the two guys picked up picked the phone up I can only imagine how upset the person was knowing their is someone on the other end that's not answering the phone. MANAGEMENT NEED TO BE FIRED!!
