I recommend Pediatric Associates of Alexandria to all my friends. I've always felt each physician that has seen my son genuinely cares about his health and the health of all the children in their care. I appreciate all the after hours nurses as well! I can't tell you the number of times I've called about my concerns and have always received kind advice in return.

Visiting the ER is never an easy experience. However, I was very impressed with the care I received at this location. The staff very professional, kind, and helpful. Dr Lau was my asigned doctor. She was an active listener, caring, and very clear about what I needed to know about my situation. All I can say is I'm glad this one is my nearest ER facility.

Absolutely terrible experience twice now at this ER. The wait times are so unacceptable. They sat me in a hallway and left me there for 30-40 minutes in my terrible state. Doctors are incompetent. They run a ton of tests and find nothing. Send you home with no help after hours and hours. Nurses can’t find a vein. I am traumatized from my experience here and will never seek care here again.
