would manifest that since 2022, I am a CVS's customer, my appreciation for the way I am supported for their employers is satisfactory. I enjoy using my rewards, manufacturer coupons and socialize with the workers. Sometimes, their advice did that I change my mind about new products and their benefits. My most recently visit to the store Nro.:1385 located at 1462 Beuregard St. Alexandria on September 10/2022 I received an excellent service through a senior lady whom name starts with " T " Tania? she was wonderful helping to check my items through the " self-service" register and manifested her hapiness when I obtained a $2.00 reward for a next purchase. Persons like her increase the mision and value of CVS., Aida Pitot

if i could rate this location pharmacy a 0 i would. They are beyond unhelpful and their staff has no idea what they are doing. I have worked as a pharmacy tech for many years so i know what game, they consistently lie to their patients and are very lazy. The black pharmacist is the absolute worst and does not care about her patients at all. I will say the asian pharmacist to amazing and very helpful so if you need to go to the pharmacy just pray she is working that day.

I transferred to this pharmacy from the nearby Kenmore Avenue pharmacy after a move as it was closer. Massive mistake. I started taking Ozempic for my diabetes (.25ml) in June. When my physician upped to a .5ml dose this pharmacy refused to refill until I used up my prior prescription on a .25ml dose (so two weeks on a lower than prescribed dose). They then failed to have the necessary prescription on the day it was to be refilled but the website said it was in process of being filled. I then found out it was back ordered and they hadn’t ordered it yet and had to put in a special order so I went a week without my medication. At which point I found out it would be another week (or two, I can’t remember) until it would be received. So I asked if I could see if any other pharmacies had it or would the fact it was special ordered prevent a transfer. They said that was fine. I determined no one else had it in stock so I chose not to transfer it. In the meantime they cancelled my special order without my knowledge. I was supposed to pick it up and found a message online that it was no longer on a special order and wasn’t scheduled for a refill. I called and they hung up before I could even talk to anyone. I realize a lot of this was a combination of bad timing and misunderstandings, but it’s my diabetes medications!!!! It should not be this hard. Honestly, I will never shop here or get anything refilled at the North Beauregard location. After 4-5 weeks of not having or being on a lower than prescribed dosage, my old pharmacy at Kenmore Ave came through and has enough to fill half of my prescription. I will be doing all future business here and have informed my healthcare provider so she can warn off other patients.
