Pine Lakes Luxury Apartments is a breath of fresh air. The scenery is absolutely beautiful and the neighbors are a delight. They are respectful and responsible tenants. The management and maintenance staff are professional, kind and very hardworking. Pine Lakes Luxury Apartments is a great place to live because of every one of these important and hardworking individuals and the decent tenants who live here.

I recently had a wonderful experience visiting Pine Lake Apartments. The customer service was exceptional. Ashley was very friendly and welcoming. She made me comfortable and was super patient throughout the whole process. It made it clear to me that Pine Lake would be my new home. I love the apartments, the staff is super pleasant and someone always answers the phone! Ashley, thank you, you are awesome!

Previously was not having any issues. And while Maintenance is amazing and they have great amenities, the office people are difficult to deal with. Granted, I will admit I had a part in it. However there was zero willingness to work with me or resolve the situation. The manager Kristy is unprofessional and was rude. Ashley is sweet but unfortunately was not helpful.
