Went this morning and they had a gentlemen taking orders outside on a pad, I asked for two iced coffees with whipped cream, when I get to the window and pay none of the coffee had whipped cream so I kindly asked Perla at the window if she could put whip cream on them, immediately her face dropped almost into a scowl and tells me she can’t do that without charging me so I kindly tell her I asked the gentlemen outside for whipped cream and she refuses to fix it until she charged me extra. NEVER have had a experience like this before. Usually staff is friendly and kind but her attitude was very off putting for a mistake THEY MADE

There’s a lady that works there she is always so rude to me and my kids I came in and I simply Nicely asked because I am a customer and should get what I want if not I could always get told sorry no nicely this is not first time this lady is rude to me ! Very embarrassing as well she is manager where a blue shirt is she not a manger wow need this dealt with.thank you
