Beth and I worked together & she is such a joy and pleasure to be around. She’s extremely honest, trust worthy and always goes above and beyond to help solve problems. She treats everyone she meets with so much care & respect that it’s always a delight to see & speak with her. I’ve seen her first hand working overtime to help existing customers get their questions answered & addressed. She’s the best in the business!

Had me show up to see a home that was already sold.

Moranda is slow, little quality control and turnover is high for foremen. Next door has been 11 months under construction and drywall just installed. New construction with other homes goes up in half the time with same material. The Obvious lack of attention is with drainage swales fill in and not maintained…creates havoc on all neighbors with flooding/dying grass. It’s poor management for the sake of a buck.

Worst experience ever. No point in submitting a work order in their web portal, because they never respond. Have been given the run around for the past 4 months that someone would come out to look at all of the issues but then they disappear and you stop hearing from them. I guess a lawyer is the next step. What a disgrace of a a company.
