Very nice apartment complex. Quite and clean.

The community gate is always broken. There was never any parking and if you park on the curb and don’t move it by 7:30 you get a warning, after 3 you get towed not a problem if you have no kids. Also, had mold growing out of the vent and was told it was not mold. We were not the only people living there that had found mold. Our neighbors broke their lease due to mold. We were told the carpets get replaced no matter what so not to worry about cleaning them, only to get stuck with an $750 bill for damage, which could have been taken care of by having them cleaned. Also being charged for breezeway cleaning that everyone using. Not worth it, they are money hungry.

The office staff are great but that is about the only thing good about these apartments. First of all the community is “gated” but out of the year we lived there it only worked for maybe 4 months. Also, had mold growing out of our vent and was told it was not mold. I know what mold looks like and we were not the only people living there that had found mold. I talked to 2 of our neighbors who had mold, one of which broke her lease to move because of it. Lastly, our move out process I called to confirm what needed to be done and was told to not worry about having the carpets cleaned because they get replaced anyway, only to get stuck with an $700 bill for damage, which could have been taken care of but having them cleaned. Also being charged for breezeway cleaning that everyone using. Sorry but not worth the money.
