Oddly, I got lots of attitude from staff…. not sure why, and rude turned up lip, frowning facial expressions,. I ignored it, smiled said please & thank you… sad for them. Hope they’ll be OK

They were very rude when I went there the first time,asking to many personal questions, and their demeanor was very negative from the time I walked in, the owner came to assist his teller, and was very disrespectful I even recorded the conversation, honestly I feel like they discriminate whoever they choose to on random, with thier own personal assumptions like we’re criminals, trying to cash a stolen check, being in uniform doesn’t even help the weirdos either!

You can cash any check. But honestly its better to put into your own bank since they take a percentage of it.
Hi, the check cashing fee is set by the Connecticut Banking Department and is 2%. The fee for a $5000 check would be $100. You get the fee by taking $5,000.00 X .02 = $100.
