I took my Mac to Bit Tee solutions to see what could be done to improve the performance of my computer. Jen and Christian were so professional and engaging. They answered all of my questions, gave me the best advise on what to do. They replaced my original Hard Drive with a new Solid State Drive. It dramatically improved the speed and performance of my Mac. I got my computer back quickly and they were reasonable priced. I would highly recommend their services to anyone with either computer or phone issues.

I took my laptop, which was recently serviced at the Apple store in Nashville, because the fan was running loudly and constantly and creating a LOT of heat. My laptop was returned to me the next day with a very reasonable price. They also looked at my very old iMac which was running super slow. After diagnosing the problem it wasn't worth repairing. But they did not charge me for taking the time to assess the problem. Super professional, efficient and reasonably priced. Thank you Bik Tek!

Yes we make home visits, and we work one on one, or in group settings too.
We do, however we are not repairing phones or tablets, unless they are considered a computer. iPhones and iPads are not considered a computer.
We can help with any technology related question, and we can steer you in the right direction, as long as we know how you will be using your computer.
