I had stuff in my car they won’t let you go in and get your own stuff out they bring it to you so you don’t know if they are giving you everything you left in your car I know I left a 20 dollar bill on my drivers side visor and that went missing so what else went missing guess you will never know unless you have a complete inventory of your stuff don’t trust them

Horrible experience. Took maybe over $600 worth of items from out my vehicle and claimed it was never in my vehicle but my ring camera shows it was in the back of my vehicle as they took it from my driveway. I have dealt with a towing company before and they were amazing helpful people but here just expect to be ignored by the front desk lady and everyone not to know anything of my items.
