While the sales staff were nice, the quality of the ring my now husband bought me is severely disappointing. He bought the ring for me in October, spent $300 on it, it has bent (with normal day to day activity) and 4 diamonds have been lost. I loved this ring, but my Etsy wedding band has held up so much better than this ring. I will never allow my husband and will strongly discourage any friends and family members from purchasing their jewelry here if the quality is like this.

Employees not very helpful when you have an issue. They just send you away. Was given an estimate of $400 to repair a ring. Took it to a local very dependable jeweler and they did it for $42.00. what the heck?
