After seeing one person's review, I feel like I was bamboozled with my needed tire change. I remembered how the guy on the phone jumbled up which tire needed to be fixed. Said my front passenger tire had a nail and needed to be patched up when it was my rear passenger that had a flat not long ago. He said he'll call me back and once he did apparently the tire he mention wasn't so bad and no damage had to be done but the tire I mentioned needed to be replaced and nothing else could be done. I've always been suspicious of this place but now I know this place can't be trusted. No longer coming here.

The customer service here is awesome! The team is Friendly and knowledgeable, never pressuring with services. They got my car out within 45min of my appointment time which was so impressive compared to competitors.

Got 4 new tires and when leaving my tpms light was on. I took it back and they said to drive around for a bit and it’ll turn off. I drove around and it never turned off. They reassured me everything was okay. Then two tires were losing air. They told me everything was okay and they just didn’t fill them all the way. After 2 other tire places and lots of trouble shooting and wasted money.. I find out two of the tire stems were not screwed in all the way and that is why they were losing air. I also found out one tire did not have tpms sensor and it was just a regular sensor and it cost $200 additional to fix it. Such a frustrating experience.
