Pool has finally open after a month of maintenance. I finally get to swim after hurting my back. Noel their aerobics instructor rudely yells at me to hurry up and get our because her class is starting soon. This is why 24 hour fitness is looking like a better alternative. No swim class and no rude instructors.

So I'm not one to post negative reviews. Showing by my review history, I'm more inclined to leave a positive review or just ignore it if I had a less than desirable experience. However, I feel this experience has deterred me from even considering a membership. I came with my friend who was a member and wanted try out the gym as I'm searching for a new one. I came with a free day guest pass that was emailed to me when I signed up for the newsletter. I scan my guest pass and the person at the front desk had to go get someone to activate it. Once the person arrives he just says "$20." No explanation or context . I was confused as I had no idea what prompted this or why my was pass wasn't gonna work. He said that they're charging everyone $20 to workout there if they're not a member. Didn't ask if I wanted a membership or if was considering one, just wanted me to pay $20 and was quite rude about it, to the point that his coworkers apologized to me. My friend who was a member was embarrassed and felt bad for me, as he didn't expect them to do this. I pay the $20 because I was still considering a membership even with the bad first impression. I kept an open mind but that quickly changed after using the equipment. Not only was the equipment outdated but it was filthy. To the point where I have brown dust all over my shirt from just touching the equipment. I've never had an experience like this when I've tried other gyms, and it's safe to say I won't be signing up for a membership.

Custodial staff is rude and inconsiderate and always talking so the gym is always out of paper towels and soap in both the girls and boys bathrooms. They told me that it was completely ok for them to spray window cleaner in our face while working out and dalton was the one to do this and hes supposed to be the custiodal supervisor but doesnt care if he sprays people in the face or is in your way and that “ i wouldnt have a membership here if i were you” overall just rude and on a power trip constantly.machines are always broken too. The basketball court smells like gas most of the week and they dont care to fix it. Most of the machines are outdates and some dont work for months.
