They are the KINDEST, most efficient, caring pharmacy staff around. I have a medically complex child who has many medications along with a few of my own. They are going above and beyond taking care of the community not only dispensing medications but also administering vaccines. They are angels and deserve our patience and understanding.

Didn't care, didn't deliver. When they're good, they're good. But when it comes to meds, reliability is everything. Last time - and this *was* the *last time* - - they accepted my prescription - Jose told me it would be ready in 5 minutes - 10 minutes later I was back and he told me to sit down and wait for the pharmacist to finish giving a COVID shot - who finished the moment I sat down - but Jose kept me waiting while he took 3 people ahead of me. The whole line that was behind me, he kept me waiting while he took care of everyone else first. What's that? And I think he did the same thing to a poor lady before me as well. I guess I'm not important to him. Neither was she. Lowest priority. - then I finally get to pick up my meds and Jose tells me that the entire order isn't in stock. How does that happen? - he gave me half and promised the rest on Friday and it wasn't there - he then promised it for Saturday and again didn't deliver - he then promised it for Monday - Sunday I think it was, I got a call from their pharmacy - some lady calls me to *complain* that "they weren't supposed to 'split' my prescription like that." Called out of the blue just to complain. No action, no difference, *just* to *complain* to their *customer*. Their *unserved* customer. You can't make this up. * Why are they so busy when *I* call - but then they have time to call *me* just to *harass* me! Did she think she was going to make me feel bad about needing my meds? Or about being the victim of horrible service? - Monday rolls around - they still don't have it - I called back Wednesday and Jose tells me (how do I always get Jose?) "it was dispensed last night at 8:00 PM" * but not to me * and not to my wife * so to *WHO* knows *WHO* ??? * and HOW does THAT *EVER* happen? Not the way they make *ME* verify *myself*! Not the way *Jose* made *me* verify my address *twice* the first time, and I told him, "you already asked me that and I already told you." He didn't care about that either. * Maybe he just *said* that it was "dispensed" to save face? Or someone recorded it as "dispensed" to close out a troublesome prescription? And how did it get picked up at *exactly* 8:00 PM? Maybe someone just wrote that in? - "It's out of my hands" he then says (are you KIDDING me?) - "Our pharmacy manager Dan is out of the office - you can call back Friday" The thing is, I'm leaving town on business travel and I need my meds *now*. Not another promise on Friday. Because it's wheels up flying out Monday morning. 100% true. Excuses don't get me the meds that my doctor says I need. How do people so unprofessional run a medical pharmacy? I don't need excuses, I need a reliable pharmacy. I'm calling my doctor and having the rest filled elsewhere. Then I'm calling my credit card and insurance companies to let them know to reverse the transactions because my order was not completed. And honestly, start to finish, it felt like nobody cared. Couldn't be bothered to keep promises. Again and again. Failed to deliver. And I was a total 100% loyal Publix Riverside Pharmacy customer. Years and years. My whole family. Willing to drive a little farther to go to *their* pharmacy. But that doesn't matter, they just couldn't, or wouldn't, care. Not Jose, not anyone who lets Jose get away with this, not anyone else who stops paying attention while all this nonsense is going on. The decent thing to do would be to contact Publix Riverside management directly. And I tried. I got the assistant manager. No way to reach anyone by email. But he took my name and number for the Regional Pharmacy Manager to call me back. I'm so disappointed. And I really liked them too!

Excellent, caring staff. Been going there since they opened and will continue. Kind of place where they learn your name and your needs.
