*update. I recently stopped going and went down the street. Last couple times they were short and rude and just seemed annoyed we needed the car worked on. Shame. I am happy with the services performed. The cost was slightly more than some other places I have regularly used in the past, but my first experience with them was a good one.

I completely forgot to post my review but remembered the wonderful people that helped me, so here I am. I want to thank Julia and Anthony. Julia was holding down the front, even on a busy day with a lobby full of people. She kindly notified me that it might take some time to get my car serviced and offered forms of transportation if I needed. I was expecting to be there for at least 2 hours, but Anthony was super prompt and went back-to-back on servicing cars. So I was out of there before an hour had passed. I’ve been to other Pep Boys before and they wouldn’t care to communicate with me or bat an eye at me. So, I’m pleased with your service. Thank you!

The only place I will go for my car repair needs. Even other Pep Boys don't meet the level of courtesy that Ron and his crew show. They explain everything to you and never try and sell you things you don't need. This location is very female friendly!!!
