I made an appointment and still had to wait for an hour and 45 minutes, with my energetic toddler. All I needed was a PCR covid test so my son could go back to daycare but I have yet to receive my results, 8 days later. My UnitedHealthcare insurance was not recognized by their system so I had to pay out of pocket and submit for reimbursement. This has never happened to me before and my insurance is active. Literally, this was the worst urgent care experience I have ever had.

For those leaving comments saying they have X-rays; they don’t, it’s very rare and the front staff told me it’s extremely unlikely. Call before hand so you don’t have your time wasted.

While we do not make appointments, we do have the option of saving your spot online at a time that works best for you and completing your registration before you arrive at the center. But, walk-ins are always welcome during our normal business hours Mon-Fri 8AM - 8PM, Sat-Sun 9AM -5PM! We can also see you same day, via video on a Virtual Visit.

We provide the following Vaccination for children and adults: Tdap and Pneumococcal, and Flu Shots. We also offer the PPD test for Tuberculosis.
Yes, If deemed necessary by your medical provider, prescriptions can be obtained for a variety of conditions. Prescriptions will be sent to the pharmacy of your choice.

We also make it easy for you to see a medical provider with the ability to hold your spot in line or you can walk in for treatment.

No, you do not need Insurance for a Virtual Visit. The cost for a virtual visit is $60. Our Virtual visit are in-network with UnitedHealthcare, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna.
