Do not park in this garage! There were 2 lanes using automated credit card machines because it was almost 10:00 pm when we got to the garage from the ferry. Each car was taking an extremely long time and we wondered why. When it was finally our turn the screen said ‘wait… currently processing’ and it would not accept our ticket. It was still process from the previous vehicle. After trying to hit the cancel button which didn’t work. We hit the call button and explained the situation. They asked for our ticket number and hung up. We hit the button again. This person said we had to go to another line to pay when we had 15 cars behind us and then they hung up. We hit the button again and that person asked for our ticket number, date and time on the card and said the only way it would work is if we backed up and drove up to the screen again otherwise everyone would have the same issue. We kept explaining that there was no way we would be able to back up with the amount of cars behind us and she rudely said she can’t do anything about those cars that her priority was to help us with our situation. We weren’t asking her to remedy the line of cars behind us, we just couldn’t back up. She ended up opening the gate remotely and I am assuming they will contact us for payment. What a waste of time and energy. It is obvious from previous reviews that these issue have been going on for a long time. Also, the whole time we were having our issue, we could hear the machine the car next to us was using kept saying, ‘cannot accept this card’. I can only imagine that most cards they used didn’t work. Again, don’t use this garage. We have an hour drive home and didn’t expect to be waiting 40 minutes in line just to leave a garage.

My car was sideswiped while it was parked in their garage. They said there is nothing they can do about it. I followed up with their insurance company, a week later still no return phone call. They're cameras will not be able to capture anything. Not sure they even work. Absolutely horrible experience and would advise to pick another parking garage.

Young man in blue shirt attempted to extort $15 (full day parking charge) for hourly rate that added up to $10. Unable, he said, to provide receipt. When I pointed out discrepancy of charge he 'faked' attempting to put ticket into cash register and claimed it would not open. Finally, when he realized I was not going anywhere he returned $5 and I guess he pocketed the $10 since there was no record or receipt of payment. City of New London (and its visitors) are getting ripped off and some guy, possibly an emplolyee but who knows, is pocketing a good days pay. An otherwise pleasant day ended on a very sour note.

Worst garage ever: long stream of cars in 2 lanes. Cars moving through barrier really slowly . One lane then closes… chaos. When finally at exit machine card was not accepted . (Good everywhere else Visa). Managed an exit ticket with Amer Ex. No help anywhere to be seen . Unacceptable .

Its a $15 per day (24hr) charge, and hourly on anything less then a day (24hr)
