Worst experience ever and very stressful. I wish to never move in to this apartment. I made my choice based on a good reviews. They must taken out all the bad reviews. The apartment was filthy upon move in. Dirty cabinets, the carpet smells like a dog's pee, wasps nest and wasps inside the apartment. The toilets had pubic hair. The bathrooms sinks and bathtubs are very old with chipped off paint. The floor were black due to dirt. Air vents covered with dust and window blinds never cleaned. Animals fur everywhere, especially the kitchen appliances and cabinets. Broken and not working items in the apt. The AC unit is very laud. The floor is very old and makes skweeky noise above my apt. I can here every step made in the apt above me all day and night. The gym is outdated. Dirty laundry room. I hope I can survive until my lease is up :(. After complaining the kitchen cabinets were painted inside with all the dirt and hairs smeared all over inside the cabinets. Upon cleaning again the paint just started coming off :(. I think they were hoping I will not notice any of this including a tampon left under the sink!

Falcon Pointe is a wonderful place to live. The only reason we left was to Purchase a home. Megan and Lisa are a pleasure to deal with in the office. They’re very helpful, professional and always greet you with a smile. The Maintenance team is great as well. Roger and Dale are tactful and get repairs done no matter what time of day it is all with a smile on their face. They also do a great job on keeping the property looking great. Thank you for my amazing living experience!
