Jennifer at the leasing office has been amazing! She was very attentive to the things we were looking for in an apartment and was very proactive in showing us what we wanted! I’m happy to say we have a great townhome underway with exactly what we were looking for. I am very excited to have my new home be at Sherwood Station.

Ive been here with my family since June 2020. The Leasing staff is very kind, maintenance is awesome. Ive never had any issues with the neighborhood as of yet. We loved the pool this summer. We love the special little things they do for their tenants. We love our home. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is simply because the complex was developed decades ago and so you've got things like old school single pane windows and dated appliances/structures in your home and its too expensive for that but other than the cost and dated items...i would recommend this place to any family.
