Reynolda Manor Apartments

Oct. 2021.These are WONDERFUL apartments for someone content with simplicity. The location can't be beat for someone who wants to save on gas: grocery store, laundromat, fitness center, pet supplies store, "dollar store," bakery, library, urgent care clinic, dine in and take out restaurants are all within easy walking distance. Older buildings (1967) are NOT necessarily inferior! The size of the rooms is larger than those in many newer apartment complexes. # and size of closets is generous. Wifi and cable available as add-ons to rent and cheaper than if arranged individually. Managers are good, available, consistent. Maintenance is average. Green areas are large enough for children to play and neighbors to get together. The rent is reasonable and lower than in all the newer, fancier complexes.

New Man

Unfriendly contractor name Jimmy, doesn't speak and the new maintenance guy is only one for the complex and doesn't speak English. Property Manager is a joke

Unfriendly Property manager and money hunger. The new maintenance person is only one in the whole complex and he speaks little English.

Very poor management, and there was some nice and kind maintenance crew, especially Rob and David and honestly they should of made them the Property Manager. They are very good at what they do and they very kind. I am very sad they left due to rude and unfriendly Property Manager. Reynolda Manor Apartments are going to go down hill if Dan Chapman is the Property Manager there to long. I moved, but I feel bad for the people who are new to the area.
