My dog was sick with diarrhea for 2 days straight, called her vet in the morning and should've been fine. When I got home from work her stool had blood so I immediately called this location as suggested by her vet. After describing the situation to the woman on the phone, she simply said "yeah you can bring her in". It was a 45 minute drive, and when I get there, that's when they finally decide to tell me they are only accepting patients in critical condition so I could either wait for 4 hours or go to a different location another hour away from my home instead. Very dismissive and frustrating to deal with. Would never recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I work in human healthcare and I am very picky, but the Doctors and staff at Blue Pearl Levittown have treated both my cat and dog in emergency situations. They were compassionate, knowledgeable, and took time to carefully listen to my concerns and address every one of them. The cost is reasonable for an emergency clinic. I would recommend them without hesitation.

My cat Garfield was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor growing on his kidneys. The BluePearl staff was amazingly kind and gave me a memento of his pawprints before he was put down. I even received a letter in the mail shortly after from them giving their condolences

Staff at the front desk were friendly, but overall experience at this hospital was disturbing. They did nothing for my dog, as I went there in a panic because his eyes were bleeding. They are on a "emergency see" basis, but there was nobody else in the clinic, and my vet recommended me to come here specifically so they could examine my dogs eyes. Eye tumors can be an emergency, but they don't see it that way. The nurse told me and I quote... "The dogs eyes look weird"... Okay, I could have had anybody tell me that! The whole reason I was there was because I was worried, not that my dog appeared normal??? Save your time, and see someone else :)

Always best to call there and ask
They do offer Military discount and a discount for Service dogs. Senior citizens I am not sure of. I just called and YES they do offer a Senior Citizen discount of 5%.
Yes, they do. I would call for a price since it can vary depending on your final wishes
Iam sorry I don't know what it is
Sometimes my smart(?) Phone Takes a fit!
Credit Care is interest free for, I believe, 6 mos. But interest may accrue and be charged if bal isn't pd within the 6 mos.. But better then nothing. I just had my dog there for surgery and they took a % up front with bal afterwards.
Remove tick . I use vaseline on them. They breathe through their skin so it makes them let go. Then clean the area. I give my dogs bravecto for fleas and ticks. If you notice the dog become lame or sore or tired...appetite off. Take to vet immediately for lyme test and treatment
You should call them and ask. They are VERY good, but cost a lot.
You can contact the ASPCA. You can also contact Emekas Fund, they will pay for euth and cremation.
This is a specialty hospital people go there for things like ultrasounds. I did and it cost me over $400 It's very expensive I would go to a regular vet to take a stray kitten not a specialty hospital
Yes. I took a cat there recently. They were quite kind and compassionate.
