Hi Melissa, Great question! We do take patients without insurance. Our Self-Pay rate starts at $125 and does not go higher that $275. Labs and Ortho equipment we cannot quote on. When you are seen at one of our locations and you need other services, please speak to the staff. They can help with this. -The Premier Team
