We have dealt with Blonder's Appliances for years, during which we have bought appliances for our home and business. Our most recent purchase was a Speed Queen washing machine which after only four months of use, needed repair. The Speed Queen warranty department was very difficult to deal with and was also unable to locate the part needed for repair. After seven weeks of not having a washer, we contacted Blonders, explained the situation, and asked if they could help. Within a week, they resolved the situation and I had a working washing machine again. Thank you, thank you, thank you Blonders! I will continue to make future appliance purchases at Blonders.

Our “gas dryer” quit putting out heat. Went to a couple of “chain” home stores. Only one person on duty in “that department “ and busy with someone else. They weren’t sure if they would have anything but “the highest priced appliances” in stock. We could easily afford it, just not wanting all the “unnecessary features that we would never use”. Delivery would be in a week to 10 days if “they had it in the warehouse” Tried Blonder’s. They had just what we wanted in stock. Set up delivery for 5 days later. They called the day before and asked if they could come early (😁)!!The price included delivery, setup, replacing “old hoses” and removal of old appliances. As they were removing the old appliances, they even asked if we wanted to clean were the old ones were (👍). Very happy with the entire “transaction “ AND they charged no more ( or maybe less) than the BIG 2. (😀)!!
