Teller was rude and states they only help their customers. We are from out of town and do not have our bank from here. But will make sure we do not use anything PNC bank related in the future!

Went in to get a roll of quarters because I am from out of town and they refused to give us any stating that they reserve for only their customers that have accounts.

Not helpful lost my wallet would not give me access to my money called pnc customer service were actually helpful with pulling money out of the atm

I had to drive a good bit to get a new debit card, I get there and she linked it to the wrong account. Then I go back and yes I was upset because they linked it to my daughters account. I found out that customer service broke up my Virtual Wallet when they were suppose to downgrade it but the topper was the Asst. Manager Jennifer was the rudest employee. She acted like she didn't want to help me, she didn't even try to comfort me knowing that I was disappointed. Actually told me that she isn't the one that made the mistakes so when I asked for someone else, she told me there was no one else and to call the 800 number. I completely see why there is only one location left in Lee County with employees like Ms. Jennifer which I told her that as well. I will be filing a complaint all the way up.
