They gave me no answers and pretty much told me there is nothing they can do to help me. So yea, it's pointless to call them.

The operations started shaprly at 9 o'clock and come in the morning if you don't want stay in a long queue. The security officers were polite as well as the administrative staff and social distancing measures were strictly followed. It took about half an hour to get my job done from entering to the office. P.S. check if both doors to the building are locked otherwise you'll have to wait outside the building instead of the administrative office.

Report your loved ones death to Social Security. A benefit payment may appear. The following month in your love ones account. It is the desinated person of their estate.
