If you want to push yourself and join a community who will help you do that, MVJ is the place. If you’re waiting until you’re “in shape” or “ready,” don’t. I joined their kickboxing class when I was in the worst shape of my life, and although it took a lot of hard work and dedication, I feel like I can start to keep up with the people who have been here for a lot longer. There are plenty of class times to choose from as well as open gym time, so it’s flexible! The only thing that kept me from joining sooner was fear, but if you ignore that and push through, it’s so worth it :)

Passing through the area, looking for a place to do my own thing and train. The owner welcomed me in, and allowed me to go to town on the VAST array of equipment available. Loved it. If I lived nearby, would train here often

Savage saturday is where you want to be every saturday@11. Total body workout with boxing and kickboxing. All levels welcome. The ab workout is intense.
