Lots of paths to walk or bike, with several bridges over creeks and a small waterfall or two. A great place to spend an hour or two!

Decent trail, heavy bike traffic, bit of a hassle for those on two legs. The trail paths are marked well and maintained well. Worth it if you live nearby or if in the area.

I've yet to come across any trails closed to bikes.
As others said there are many miles of trails.The trails are shown on Maps and are mostly forested, hilly loops.
Middle Run Valley Nature Area area is laced with numerous trails ranging from 1 to 3 miles. It is connected to the Possum Hill section via tunnel under RTE 72 and the Judge Morris estate trail section crossing Polly Drummond road. If you have tge time during the week, you can go to tge main office tgat is next to the Thompson Station Riad and Chambers Rock Road and get a map of all of the major trails in the vast area of the White Clay Creek Stste park.
Maps are also available at the Newark Free Library, 750 Library Ave, Newark DE 19711 across from the College Square Shopping Center.
