Nice little quiet park. They have a lighted basketball court that allows some hooping even with daylight savings time.

do they have dog walking, water fountain, restrooms, grill, picnic tables, soccer field, baseball field, playgrounds, and security cameras there ?

There is a softball field, soccer field, porta-potty, and playground. There is a small pavilion, but it may be reserved for parties. Hall Trail connects to other playgrounds and parks within walking distance. The soccer field is a horrible surface, so play at your own risk.
