This place became a nightmare to live in after Highmarks Residential bought all rights to this IRS apartment complex. The issue that I have with this apartment is that the staff, property owner, and everyone in there does not care about you as an individual. They just see you as a number and just want your money. I am glad I left this place, I am a lot happier now. When I moved out, they told me that I left my couch outside, and that they were going to charge me $250 for it, to take it to the dumpster. I told them that this was no longer my couch, because I gave it away to the neighbor across from where I lived in this apartment complex. The staff and property manager do not care, they did not believe me that the couch was no longer mine and it belonged to someone else. I told them to who it belonged to after I had moved out, but they just put the blame on me and told me that I was lying, I never lied, the couch was no longer mine after I officially moved out because I gave it away. These people are nasty. Please do yourself a favor and find a better place to live, where people treat you with respect.

I have lived in the neighborhood for a long time and had no issues, recently however, Management has been severely slacking with the trash upkeep. They have reduced maintenance hours, so now trash piles up beside the dumpster at the entrance of the neighborhood, and it has gotten so bad that an additional dumpster was brought on site. For almost 2 weeks there has been a mound of garbage on the ground and the second dumpster has been full as of 7/14/22. It's disgusting and it stinks.
