ZURCHERS Party + Costumes + Wedding

This evening I was in Zurchers. Grabbed some items I knew I needed and then headed to the cashier to ask for help looking for a few items. I asked if she knew if they had any skunk themed anything because I’d seen a Whoopi cushion the said “Happy Birthday Stinky” online and it said it was in stock. She said “nooooooo we don’t” and I asked if there was a way to search, she said, “Um noooo sorry”. I later found a skunk costume but nothing else. She could have at least told me about the costume rather than let me search all of the store for 20 min looking for skunk decorations etc. Then I went back up because I was hoping they would have gummy worms, spiders, etc, she said, “umm nooo.” Then lastly I asked if they had any ant toys bigger than the one I found and she said…. Can you guess…. Noooo. So irritating, because not once did she help me look for anything or look anything up in their system for me. I asked for various balloon designs and all she said was “um nooo”. Can’t say she knows what customer service is. Won’t be returning to Zurchers for anything else that’s for sure. Such a bummer after going there since they opened.

Zurchers was great. The manager was wonderful. She jumped in to help get our balloons done even at 10 minutes before they close. These folks work really hard and did a great job. Much appreciated.
