In fairness, I feel obligated to post a negative review, not only for myself but to let other potential buyers be aware. They do not tell you in advance, nor are there any signs posted in their store and nothing printed on the receipt, saying they do not allow returns or exchanges. My purchase sat in the original box in a closet, unworn for a few weeks (as we were out of town) and when I tried it on again at home briefly, not only was the shade too dark, there is way too much hair and husband did not like it all. I called to explained my situation asking politely for just an exchange - they wouldn't budge! This makes no sense what so ever! Since it sat unworn in my closet and in the original box, it was basically still in the original condition I left the store with - if this wig had still been in the store, no telling how many other women could have had tried it on! I am all for recommending small businesses but will not recommend this one - they need to do a much better job telling customers their policy before purchasing. And to add to owner's reply - I still have my receipt and it says NOTHING about sales being final and a friend was with me when I made this purchase; neither of us saw any signs posted at that time saying 'no returns'. And if the owner actually READ my reviews, it does say this item was "NEVER WORN' as it has been in the box still in my closet from the day of purchase so that's bunk trying to justify about 'federal regulations' saying no returns for anything that has been worn....to this day, it has not been worn!

Worst customer service ever. No returns. Sell to 15 year olds on impulse totally taking advantage of children and don't even consult them to make sure they walk out with something that looks flattering. Hang up the phone when a parent calls them to complain. It's a weeks worth of wages or more down the toilet for a kid. Totally exploitative business. Probably an insurance racket. Avoid. I showed her later she could've got the same one for about $30.

I need to give a Great Big Shout out to Deanna and Darla! I had come from another wig shop that I had the worst experience ever. I walked in without an appointment expecting to come back at a different time. I was so welcomed. This was my first time with wigs so I needed someone with patience. Not only did I feel the most important person in the shop the girls truly were a pleasure. They know their wigs!!! Importantly they listened to me and learned my style. The other place did no such thing! I purchased two fabulous wigs for myself and even purchased one for my mom who lives in Fl. Couldn’t be happier! These girls never once lowered the bar. They have very high standards. They even have a reward card! Love my new Do’s 💁🏻‍♀️ Can’t wait for my next look! Fun! Thank you Thank you Thank you!
