I lived there for 1 year and I loved living there, they are very kind when something goes wrong with the washing machine or in the bathroom, whatever it is, they fix it quickly and it's a nice place!

Absolutely atrocious place to live. The apartment quality is disgusting, they are filled with roaches & pests of all kind, door hinges have been painted over so many times that it’s become so thick the door can’t even open or close because they’re so cheap they can’t even replace a door, which can only go to show the quality of the rest of the apartment. The office employees are the single most disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional individuals I have ever dealt with at a leasing office. They expect to be able to control every aspect of their tenants lives & residency, but god forbid you expect them to fulfill even one of their responsibilities as landlords. Failed to return security deposit or provide notice of refusal to return upon move out. Not to mention the false advertising of “renovated apartments” being available which is what brought us in to begin with, no such apartments exist and if you want yours to be one, the consequence is eviction. Do NOT live here. Very vile folks.

Joe came and fixed my leaking shower spout and fixed my drainage issues. He was very professional and made sure I was satisfied with his work before he left.

Horrible place to live. Maintenance is horrible. Leasing office does what they can to lock you in and are not honest about issues. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If it's your last resort find somewhere else.
