Dr Kman has been my family doctor since the early 90s. I’ve watched his practice grow however I think it has gotten to big for him and his staff to handle. My husband and I both put paperwork in well in advance so they would have plenty of time to fill it out.My husband’s paperwork expired twice and we had to pick up a third set of paperwork for Doc Kman to fill out. We also put paperwork in for our apartment complex in February they still haven’t filled it out. I have no idea what is going on in that office but needs to figure it out it’s unprofessional, not mention patients that have been going to doc Kman can see what is happening in the office. It’s sad it takes someone on the outside to see what is going on. Please Fix The situation. My husband and I think doc Kman is a wonderful doc but the office needs help. I don’t want to go to a different doctor after going to doc Kman for so many years. Doc Kman knows our medical situations.

Every time I call the wait time is 20 plus minutes no matter the time of day. Hire people! Someone finally picked up and disconnect the line and I had to call back again to wait 28 minutes. Thanks for wasting a hour of my day! I’m also glad the only person that does referrals was out of the office for 5 days and no one took over that job I was told and had to wait until she came back

Horrible experience. Phone calls routinely take 15 minutes or more before someone even picks up, once I waited for 30 minutes. And that doesn't include being put on hold once they answer. Both appointments (different providers) ran over an hour behind schedule, my appts felt rushed and I didn't get to explain the issues I was having, and the waiting room was packed and very loud. One provider told me I wasn't experiencing what I told them I was experiencing and I Ieft feeling hopeless. (I saw a doctor at a different practice and was diagnosed with the very thing I had said I was experiencing. They said it was immediately obvious at my first appt.) So not only was I made to feel like I didn't know what I was talking about, but they were wrong. They also had paperwork they wanted me to fill out, but instead of notifying me in the portal, or calling - they had someone drop off an envelope, containing medical info, on the porch of my appt complex without ringing the bell to notify me. Everyone in my complex had access to that envelope. Very unprofessional. You couldn't pay me to go back.

Dr Mary Grace is by far the best doctor I have ever had as my Primary Care. She is very thorough, listens carefully and truly cares. I am 63 yrs old and after all these years have finely found a top notch doctor!!!

I have never had a issue with Dr Mary Grace. She has been my primary for a couple of years and I have loved how she seems to care about her patients.
You will have to call the office number to get them.
