Great place to work, my coworkers are wonderful. I love working with the residents. It’s nice being able to get my lunch from the kitchen rather than packing or buying lunch. The food is always great. The work environment here is the best that I’ve been around. Love this place.

I am so proud to say I am apart of the Peregrine family. Formally known as Atria, Peregrine is a wonderful community that thrives with so much love & life from the residents & staff. I started here in 2015 as a CNA in the life guidance community. I was able to obtain my med tech certificate & learned very much from the other nurses & Amy Cannon, DON in the community. As of November 2021 I was promoted to the Memory Care Director. It has been an honor to care for & learn about the life experiences the residents share. Erica Pilchard, ED goes above & beyond to make sure all residents are safely taken care of at all times & have everything they need to ensure proper quality of life. Peregrine of Salisbury is a very nice assisted living community. The staff is very helpful and they take excellent care of our loved ones. I would highly recommend this community to anybody in the area looking.
