Homes at Gateway Village (Seniors 62+)

I am director of maintenance here for the past 18 years. Gateway us in the middle of an extensive renovation. Our mission as an elderly community is to make sure our seniors are living as comfortable as possible on our end we go above and beyond while we are not an assisted living community we are an elderly community where all.our residents assist each other as do the staff to the extent that we have become a pretty close knit community. Our community is mostly made up of Long time residents who make gateway special. I personally could retire tomorrow but stay on because I feel I owe gateway the best care it can receive to be able to give out the best it's designed to do as a tax credit property. I think gateway would be a great fit for seniors who are on thier own have care givers or are transitioning out of a rehab situation back into senior living. Gateway is income based includes utilities so the only other bills you have are utilities come see us!!

I dont know about a wait list. 30 minute drive. Rent does change when social security does.

Your not really allowed to stay with the older people that live out there you can get them kicked out with no where to go.
